Welcome to Gravitableau! This game was made for the Paint Jam 2020 game jam in just 48 hours.

Gravitableau is a puzzle platformer where the background color influences the gravity of your player.


  • A / D or Left/Right Arrow - Walk Left / Right
  • Space or W or Up Arrow - Jump
  • SHIFT  - "Phase" through thin walls (Note: Must be holding a movement direction: either left, right, or down)
  • R - Reset the current level

Tip: You must be standing on the ground to phase through the wall or the floor!

Nice game and a very cool idea. However, I stopped playing due to the controls when you touch a color.

I understand that the controls stay the same relative to the character, but it feels a bit like tank-controls. I think the UP arrow should still move you upward on the screen, else it's really unintuitive imho.

Also, it might be nice to have some reference on the screen as to which color is which direction.

just an amazing game, the only thing is that the controls are flipt when the gravity turns upside down. for the rest it is amazing
